Refund Policy
If you have not received your Linotar order 30 days after it has been shipped, or as early as it has become apparent the order has gotten lost, a full refund will be payable to your credit card or Paypal account equal to the amount charged, or a replacement shipment will be sent to you if you are in favour of that solution. Shipments that got lost will be investigated by Meyer Zall Laboratories Ltd. and http://www.dhl.com. Please contact us in relation to any lost (or damaged) shipments.
We do not refund any products in the case these do not yield the desidered result and do not accept liability for any local taxes or import duties, including the US Tariffs.
